What each phase includes.

Three phases, designed to meet your district where it is. Every engagement is tailored to your state, your culture and your timeline.

Phase 1: AI readiness and policy

Who it is for
Superintendents, assistant superintendents and curriculum directors.
Typical timeline
4 to 6 weeks.

This is where most districts start. Before you train teachers or plan a curriculum, you need to know where you stand and have a policy in place.

  • Readiness review. Current AI use, existing policies, staff skills, technical setup and student exposure, with a priority list.
  • Custom AI use policy. A board-ready policy written for your district and aligned with your state's requirements, not a generic template.
  • Communication kit. A board presentation, a parent FAQ and a teacher quick-start guide, ready to adapt.
  • Risk and ethics framework. FERPA and COPPA considerations, academic integrity guidelines and an equity check.

Phase 2: Educator training

Who it is for
Teachers, principals, curriculum leaders and instructional coaches.
Typical timeline
Aligned to your semester or summer PD cycle.

Policy without training is just paperwork. These workshops build real AI literacy across your staff, grounded in classroom reality rather than vendor demos. They are modular, so you can mix and match.

  • AI foundations for educators (half day). What AI is, hands-on practice, and a clear view of what it can and cannot do in a classroom.
  • AI-enhanced lesson design (full day). Differentiation, IEP support and formative assessment with tools teachers can actually access.
  • Academic integrity in the AI era (half day). Assignments and assessments that measure real learning.
  • AI leadership for principals (half day). Culture change, staff expectations and parent communication at the building level.
  • AI literacy for students, train the trainer (full day). Age-appropriate curricula for K-5, 6-8 and 9-12, so your district can continue delivery on its own.

Workshops can run as summer PD, in-service days or a faculty meeting series. We work around your academic calendar.

Phase 3: Adoption strategy

Who it is for
Superintendents, curriculum directors, technology leaders and board members.
Typical timeline
6 to 12 months.

For districts ready to lead rather than just comply. This phase builds AI into curriculum, procurement and long-term planning.

  • AI integration roadmap. A multi-year plan across grade bands and subjects, aligned with your standards and learning goals.
  • Technology procurement advisory. Vendor evaluation frameworks, RFP support and pilot design, with attention to student data, equity and total cost.
  • Ongoing advisory. Regular check-ins and policy updates as state and federal requirements change.
  • Impact measurement. Ways to track learning outcomes, teacher workload, student experience and equity, so your board has evidence.
