Your students are already using AI. Is your district ready?

We help K-12 districts write AI policies that hold up, train educators in what is actually useful, and decide where AI belongs in the district. We are advisors, not a software vendor.

Serving districts in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and South Carolina.

AI adoption is moving faster than district policy, training and strategy. The risk is not that your district uses AI. It is that it does so without rules, without training, and without anyone deciding where it helps.

A practical path in three phases

1. Readiness and policy

A review of where your district stands, and a board-ready AI use policy written for your state. FERPA and COPPA considerations, a communication kit and a risk framework are included.

Typically 4 to 6 weeks.

2. Educator training

Hands-on workshops for teachers, principals and curriculum leaders, grounded in classroom reality and scheduled around your calendar.

Aligned to your semester.

3. Adoption strategy

A multi-year integration roadmap, vendor and procurement guidance, impact measurement, and ongoing advisory as requirements change.

6 to 12 months.

Why districts work with us

Advisors, not vendors

We do not sell software. Our work is to build your district's own capacity, and to help you choose tools that serve students.

We speak education

We plan around your calendar, your constraints and your culture, and we write for boards, teachers and administrators.

Practical, not theoretical

Board-ready policies, teacher-ready workshops, and plans your staff can carry out on a Monday.
